All coaching sessions will use the FOCUS model of coaching, a bespoke model for The Life Man Ltd to achieve measurable success and results.
Sessions are payable in advance. Payment methods can be via cheque payable to The Life Man Ltd, or credit card/ debit card/ PayPal via secure website link (click on the button next to the package you require). Corporate Coaching is by invoice only.

| The aim of these sessions is for you to have a clearly defined plan of action to achieve success in the next stage of your life and to re-evaluate redundancy, to see it as an opportunity not a setback. |
| Hourly Coaching Sessions |
| £100 per individual session including VAT. |
| One-to-one coaching sessions covering specific topics chosen by you. These sessions can be one offs or top up sessions. It is possible to upgrade to a package after the first session should it be appropriate. |
| Topics covered include Confidence Coaching, Presentations, Confrontation, Performance Review Preparation, Interviews, Organisation, Time Management, Relationships, Speeches, Goal Setting, Motivation and any other areas that you feel you want to work on. |
| Corporate |
Corporate packages are available to cover individuals or groups and will be tailored to meet each company’s individual requirements. Coaching sessions can be carried out at your company’s offices, over the telephone or at a location of your choice. Corporate coaching is intended to increase communication within companies and maximise motivation for staff members. Corporate coaching will lead to a happier, focussed, successful work force, each working to their own highest standards. Please contact The Life Man Ltd to discuss your needs in detail.
Corporate coaching is charged at £75 per hour + VAT and expenses incurred. Minimum number of coachees per day is three. |
