What is a Life Coach?
A Life Coach is a guide, a helping hand, a guru, and a supporter. Someone who helps you get things done and achieve your dreams.

How does it work?
The Life Man discusses with you your hopes and ambitions and helps you construct a written plan to achieve them. Structured plans are worked on together with achievable and manageable steps to reach your final goal. Dreams are turned into reality.

What is the process?
A series of unbiased, supportive, enjoyable and goal orientated one-to-one consultations. Appointments arranged either face-to-face or by telephone. The Life Man coaches using the bespoke FOCUS model.

What is the FOCUS Model?
Find what it is you are looking for.
Originate ideas as to how to get there and start to formulate a plan.
Circumnavigate the plan with signposts to show you the way. Establish ports of support. Identify a sign that shows you have reached your destination. Reward yourself.
Understand what has been achieved and what needs to be done next.
Secure the result.

What do I have to do?
After discussion and agreement with The Life Man, you will have objectives to work on that will bring you to where you want to be. All of the ideas come from you. The Life Man will help you to bring them out.

What is the catch?
You will need to be committed to achieving your goals. The Life Man will be right with you all the way, helping you to attain this commitment. You will be given techniques to improve your confidence and your ability to focus on tasks.
